Our Origins

HOLLAND Consulting was founded and is led by our C.E.O. Carol Holland.
Carol is an experienced and successful National Operations Manager and Design Thinker, with 27 years experience in business ownership and development, including Sales and Marketing.
Her extensive experience includes business ownership in the manufacturing and niche market of brand development.
Carol also served a 13-year career in an international corporate where she led a business division that supported large brands with their on-shelf development and innovation. She holds a wealth of transferable skills and intellectual property in warehousing, manufacturing, management environments, sales and Merchandising, Promotional instore support along with innovation, design thinking, and development.
Carol has a customer-focused proven track record of building long-term strategic relationships through communication, integrity, and providing exceptional service and concepts.
